Care Locker Initiative, Inc. helps children in Haines City and surrounding areas access hygiene and basic care items through trusted community-based partners.
Connecting Kids with Care
Care Locker strengthens the work already happening in our community by helping trusted schools and youth-serving organizations keep essential supplies available when children need them.
We build community-driven support through donated hygiene and care items, ensuring that those who work with kids have the resources they need to help them thrive.

How Care Locker Is Funded
Care Locker is supported entirely through donations, grants, sponsorships, supply drives and donated products. Our partners never pay for the supplies they receive. Here's how our model works:
No Cost to Partners
Community partners are never required to pay for the supplies they receive. Care Locker covers the cost of all initial closet stock and restocking supplies using funds raised through our own efforts.
Fundraising Is Completely Optional
Partners may choose to help with fundraising or community support, but it is never required. Partners who do fundraise can earn money directly for their own Care Locker stock, but there is no obligation to do so.
Coordinated to Real Needs
We work directly with each partner to understand what items are actually needed before providing supplies. This means less waste and more meaningful support for the children and families being served.
Subject to Availability
Initial stock and restocking supplies depend on available funding and inventory. We are transparent about what we can provide and work to keep supplies flowing as resources allow.
Privacy & Dignity First
We do not require partners to publicly identify recipients or share personal information for fundraising or promotion. The privacy and dignity of the children and families receiving support is always protected.
Where the Money Comes From
All funding for initial closet stock and restocking comes from Care Locker's own fundraising, including individual donations, grants, corporate sponsorships and community-organized supply drives.

Dominique "Nikki" Branca
Founder & PresidentWhen I was a child, I made myself a promise that if I ever had the chance, I would help children facing the kinds of challenges I knew firsthand. Care Locker is me keeping that promise.
Dominique "Nikki" Branca created Care Locker Initiative from lived experience. Her mission is to ensure no child feels unseen or unsupported.

Dominique "Nikki" Branca
Founder & PresidentDominique "Nikki" Branca founded Care Locker Initiative from a deeply personal understanding of how circumstances beyond a child's control can affect everyday life. Having faced adversity as a child herself, she carried a promise into adulthood that, if she ever had the opportunity, she would help children facing similar challenges.
Her background in caregiving and small business ownership shaped the practical, hands-on way she built Care Locker. Nikki leads the organization's partnerships, fundraising, program development, administration, and day-to-day operations.
She works directly with trusted schools and community organizations to understand needs, build sustainable systems, and coordinate ongoing access to hygiene and basic care essentials.
Her focus is simple: children should have consistent access to the things they need, delivered with dignity through the people and organizations they already trust.
MSc. Niko Krein
Financial & Secretary OfficerNiko is an IT-Security Consultant and partner with Cure53, a boutique security consultancy specializing in software auditing and infrastructure protection.
He holds a Master's degree in IT-Security and a decade of experience in technical leadership and organizational oversight. He leverages his expertise in systems management and accountability to ensure the Care Locker Initiative maintains solid financial records and showcases efficient administrative operations.
Joshua Martel
DirectorJoshua Martel serves on the Board of Directors of Care Locker Initiative, providing oversight, practical support, and perspective as the organization grows.
He also helps sort and prepare supplies, assists with deliveries and drop-offs, and supports the day-to-day work behind Care Locker's community partnerships.
He is committed to helping children have consistent access to hygiene and basic care essentials with dignity.
